Welcome to my website - we're now married sucker!
I'm Maddie, a stand-up comedian, writer, performer and now self-qualified fashion designer (quadruple threat)
If you want to meet me in person I have gig dates listed in the 'gigs' section of this site. I will be hosting my monthly night again when the pandemic ends.
Do check out my podcast "The Jacqueline Wilson Fan Club" where guests revisit the celebrated children/YA books and have a nostalgic chat.
I have appeared as a comedy performer on everyone's favourite Canadian dance show The Next Step, in a viral campaign for Asda, and in a sketch with RJ Mitte on Comedy Central online.
My main ambition is to meet sexy people and own two alpacas.
I did a sketchy, multi-media 2018 Edfringe show "20 Uses for Lovedoll", which was developed through the Soho Theatre SYC Edinburgh Lab. It was described as a show "like no other" (Daily Info) and given ✭✭✭✭ by Funny Women who said I was a "very inventive and dry writer", but most importantly, my parents liked it. It was not a sex show, despite what many, many people assumed. I am more cautious about what I call my shows in the future.
